The Sherman Agency, Inc. now has the option for you to pay your rent and other charges online through PayPal . PayPal is a reliable, confidential and secure way for you to make your rent payment at anytime or from anywhere. You can pay with a credit card, debit card or checking account as long as you have internet access. You can use it once or you can access the system on a monthly basis. It's a great way to avoid late fees! There is a convenience fee of 3.5% per each transaction that will be added to your payment.
Remember, you can still pay rent as always by mail or at our office with a check, money order or cashiers check and there is no convenience fee added.
The Sherman Agency, Inc. has a strict policy regarding on time rental payments. Rental payments are due on the first day of the month and may be paid by check, cashiers check, money order or using PayPal. NO CASH, PLEASE!
